We are going private!!

A few days ago a couple of fellow Mommy friends of mine found out some crazy lady online stole their children's photos and passed them as her own.
I also have been checking on the traffic for this blog and I noticed people signing in from as far away as China and Africa, as well as random states. I've found our blog added to other people's (who I don't know) favorite list. As much as it can be a nice thing having other's enjoy our blog, it can also be scary knowing someone out there is stealing our pictures and having access to personal information.

So.... in the next few days I will be making this blog private. What it means to you is that you will have to have an invitation in order to access it as well as have to create a login with google. I know, I know, it adds an extra step for you but it's worth it for us.

Halloween preview

We are hitting the "terrible 2's"early... Maja threw her first full-on temper tantrum the other day and of course how could I not have taken a photo of that :)... yes, she threw herself on the floor kicking and screaming. I was so amused I couldn't tell you what caused it

and here she is about 5 seconds later...

So what is our little Superstar up to these days??

At almost 14 months:

- After "The wheels on the bus" and "The Itsy Bisty Spider" we have a new favorite song (read "Mommy and Daddy singing it over and over again in the car trying to keep Maja calm) "Up on top of the ..... tree"

- She loves to brush her teeth and her hair. She also tries so hard to put her shoes and socks on

- She loves to dance

- Playing  with rocks (read: tasting the rocks) outside is one of her favorite pass times

Tasting sticks isn't so bad either... at least she doesn't care much for the sand :)

A month later

On Sunday Maja and Daddy went to our friend's house to watch the game while Mommy did some shopping and came back with this awesome little chair/ottoman combo... Maja loves it!
